Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must give 24 or more hours notice or risk incurring a cancellation fee of up to 100% of your total service cost. Cancellation fee will apply to total balance, and must be paid in full in order to reschedule if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. All deposits are non refundable. Deposits can be rescheduled to another day, time, and style as long as you reschedule 24hrs prior to booked appointment.
